Sweet A. has been running a fever. Bless her heart. She is really never "sick." She was so disappointed that she could not go to the party at church.
Here are Katie and Meemee with their Nanny. It was very sunny.
HSM3 was a blast. All three girls and a Sharpay blonde wig. So fun. We were the front row in the very middle. I was a little misty at the graduation scene. sniffle. We had so much fun. The girls were so surprised. Fun!
Happy hello to my friends and family. Love you! xoxox
Well rested. Cinnamon buns in oven. A. ready for tests. Meemee ready for show and tell. Me, bracing for no school tomorrow.
My foot is doing great today (so far). I am hoping for this to continue for today. I feel more like my old self (emphasis on "old").
Meemee stories:
re:speech therapy. Her don't like it when you say "her" "him" or "them" She gives you that look. (what the speech therapist does when her grammar is incorrect)
re: cold weather. I found at bedtime that all day Meemee had worn her her panties plus mine and her big sisters. "but Mommy, you had me wear 2 tshirts and I did not want my bottom to get cold and fall off" Oh brother. the next day her teacher could not resist commenting on it. *sigh*
re:unscheduled visit to Chuck E. Cheese during school hours. "the best part is going to be when A. says "I wish I was Meemee."
I am a pretty klutzy gal. This past week I managed to break my little toe. It is pretty bad. that poor little toe has been broken so many times, including our first date. But this time, he had a really bad one. I had to go to the ER to get it re-set. I should find out tomorrow if I have to have surgery, so prayers are greatly appreciated.
I did manage to feel crafty today and whipped out this Cloud 9, Maya Road, and Studio 490 mini album for Christmas. I love these colors.
It is World Card Making Day! Scrappin at the Pink House had a marathon card class. I cannot wait to hear how it went. 2 peas in a bucket is having a big Stamp-tober Fest on the Stamping Board with lots of prizes. Lots going on. and a ton of inspiration on the internet.
and Christmas is just around the corner. LOL well, it is in the neighborhood.
We only have 2 more of the award-winning Push & Print Stamp factory by Fiskars! Two. that is it. Word has it that it is back ordered. Big Time. So if you want one, don't wait!
It is the featured tool on Fiskars Crafts Article on Push-Print. This tool is a self-inking stamp press that allows you interchange stamps. So you can arrange a few stamps and whip out some invitations or party favors. I have been making some thank you notes for gifts and have plans for Girl Scouts favors. and I am itching to start creating my Christmas Cards!
So, when they are gone, they're gone. and you cannot have mine. LOL
I don't know about you, but I am rah rah ready to make some cards! Go team!
From Robin Beam's blog" For those that are near ACMoore next Saturday is a Crochet Demo for the October- Breast Cancer Awareness Month! I'm sure everyone has dealt with or been touched by someone they love that has had breast cancer. Take care of yourselves and get checked! Lion Brand(r) Yarns was kind enough to donate fun "Crochet for a Cause" scarf kits Two people per store will get the chance to win one and there will be someone there to help you get started. If you've ever wanted to try to crochet, this is a great way to learn. I actually made the scarf; if I can do it, so can anyone!"
