Better Than A BFF

It is so hard to keep up with all the acronyms and what they mean.  UrbanDictionary.com is some help.  

Having just delved into the wide world of texting, is just...well, just... confusing.  My number one text I receive is "K"   And I stop and think, how did I live without all the shorthand letters?  

I knew I was lost when I UD'd (looked up on UrbandDictionary) Yo.  yes.  I am embarrassed, but did actually think that it was Y. O. for Yellow Ogre.  Young Octogenarian?  I don't know.  Well, it is just plain ole "yo!" (and not half of a yo-yo, as you may have thought.)

My girl is such a sweetie pie.  She is so on top of all the coolness and random lettering of cool phrases.  I think I totally impressed her with my "BFF" (Best Friends Forever) that I threw out at dinnertime.  I could see it in her eyes.

So tonight as I tucked her in for some sweet dreams, she called me her BMFE.  Best Mama Forever and Ever.   This acronym melted this Mama's heart.  Better than a BFF.

I love Good moments like these make me feel like the BMOC.

Sudie, this is simply precious. As a mom, I can totally relate. You both are so lucky as am I.
