Back To Schedule

For us Back To School, means back to schedule.  Back to crafting. Back to Baking.  It's like summer is an alternate universe.  

Well, I am back from CK Convention in Charlotte.  The first time I was not working.  I was thrilled to just hang out with my mom and friend Debby.  It was the best weekend.   I saw the sweet Kelly Purkey aka the Purkage.

Sweet Mary made some fantastic unKit buttons.  What a thoughtful surprise!  I did not see half the people I had planned on seeing.  Sorry if I missed you.

We have lots going on.  The girls are lining up their fall activities.  We started taking family guitar lessons this summer.  and it is so much fun to learn something new together.

I am back to my tradition of baking cookies for school lunch.  We try to do a different kind every week.  We are kicking off the first week with peanut butter.   I am open to suggestions.  I will try to start a list.

Welcome back.  Now back to the cookies.  Yummo.

Back to schedule for us too starting tomorrow. I prefer the school schedule! As far as cookies, I am going to try and make Malted Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies. The Pioneer woman has a recipe here -

I'm not a fan of them being so thin/flat so I am tempted to make regular ones and just add the malt stuff.
